I contacted ABC to complain about this product, but haven't heard back.
I inserted the batteries that came with the toothbrush, but during the first use, the toothbrush stopped working. I paid 8.00 (way too much) shipping, even if I can return it, I am sure I will be out the 8.00 shipping and the return shipping. I got taken.......... don't you be, learn from my error, this is really a piece of crapola.
