Amazon.com Review

Small and round for maneuverability inside the mouth, the brush heads on this electric toothbrush pulsate in and out while also rapidly oscillating to scrub away plaque from between teeth and along gum lines better than ordinary toothbrushes. Two sets of extra-long bristles on the brush heads' sides clean deep between teeth, and soft, rounded middle bristles do their work gently and safely without the need for firm pressing. After two minutes, a pulsing signal indicates that you've reached the recommended brushing time, which encourages children to continue brushing until the signal. This model comes with a recharging stand that has a brush head storage compartment and three brush heads with removable color-coded rings; place the stand on the counter or mount it on the wall (screws are included). After up to one year of use, Braun offers a full-refund guarantee if you're not completely satisfied. The handle carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

"Been using this for four years and am very happy" 2009-11-28
By Just a guy (Westchester, NY)
I have been using this for four years so far - twice a day - and am very happy with the quality and overall experience. The heads are fairly expensive. The bottom of the toothbrush needs to be cleaned to remove gunk that also gets attracted to the charger.

 "Ours lasted six months" 2007-02-18

Ours lasted six months before dying. That's still a lot to pay for six months' worth of use.

My toothbrush also died after almost exactly one month of use.

"It died in one month" 2007-01-04
By Joanna B. Warrens (San Francisco CA)
Unfortunately this toothbrush died completely after about a month. I have not tried to get it replaced because I haven't had the time so I can't comment on how a return worked.

 "3 strikes and out" 2006-03-12
By Christopher Colhard (Atlanta, GA USA)
I've had three of these and my last one just died after only 8 months of use. The last two got where they would not shut off unless you put it on the charger; the switch would not turn it off so picture this; squirting toothpaste in your mouth first then trying to push it around in your mouth while you brush. When the toothbrush works they are great but I'm done.
